Yes. Go to Fund My Account for instructions on how to send fund your account.

Do I have to deposit product to my account before selling?
Yes. To begin selling, use the Deposit Product feature to arrange for safe delivery to the designated secure facility.

Is the product offered on OrderMatch owned by private accounts or Bullion Universe?
The products available on OrderMatch are owned by other members (individuals and institutions alike).

Regardless of who matches with your order, you will be dealing only with Bullion Universe. We are responsible for fulfilling your order to your satisfaction.

How can I get a product type added to the marketplace?
If you do not see a category for a particular product you wish to trade, please contact us .

What does POK (Partial Fill OK) mean for an OrderMatch trade order?
"Partial OK" simply means that even a partial order may be matched and executed.

Therefore, if another trader's order "matches" even 1 item at your price, an order will be executed for the 1 item. Then a replacement order, reflecting the remaining balance of your original order, will be automatically submitted back into the market and retain the same placement priority.

Can I set trade parameters for "All or none", not "Partial Fill OK"?
Currently there is not a way to buy or sell "All or None" on OrderMatch. Keep in mind that you are not charged fees based on the size of your transaction.

When does a trade order execute at an "or better" price?
The "or better" only comes into play at the moment your order enters the marketplace. If there is a better price available at that time, you will get the benefit of the "better" price.

Do you buy precious metals?
You can sell your metal using our OrderMatch feature, essentially selling directly to our customers without having to deal with a third party. If your product is not listed on OrderMatch or you have any question about which category to use, please feel free to contact us .

Does my product have to be appraised before selling using OrderMatch?
No. Your product does not need to be appraised before sending to Bullion Universe. Our Vault staff reviews all incoming product for quality control purposes.

Do I need to send my product to Bullion Universe before selling it using OrderMatch?
Yes. To begin selling, use the Deposit Product feature to arrange for safe delivery to the designated secure facility.

I sent in some product, when will it be posted to my account?
Under normal market conditions, your product will be posted to your account within 2 (two) business/banking days after it is received and passes through our quality control process.

How do I get paid for product I sold?
Once you receive notification that your Funds are available, you can request a Funds Withdrawal from your account.  Requests are typically processed within a couple business/banking days.

What does Pending Funds in my account mean?
Due to the nature of the order-matching platform, a small clearing period is necessary to allow for the processing of incoming payments.  Pending Funds are typically released to your Available Funds within 1-5 business/banking days.

Why can't I set up a SELL order with the product(s) in my portfolio?
You may have committed this product to a previous Sell Order that is still Pending. If so, the product is unavailable to sell.

To release the hold on the product, CANCEL the pending SELL Order(s) that is involved. You will then be free to place another order using the product(s) for fulfillment.

What is the Pending column in My Account?
The Pending Product column represents product that is not currently available to sell or request delivery. If you have a SELL order for product in your portfolio that hasn't executed, it is not available to withdraw. If you have requested a Product Withdrawal, it will remain pending until it is shipped (or cancelled).

When can I request a Product Withdrawal?
Once you apply your Available Funds to your outstanding Amounts Due, you will then be able to Withdraw Product for the products that are paid in full.
