To cancel an existing OrderMatch trade order (un-executed), go
to My Account and then select the Open
Trades section. As long as an order has not already executed
("matched"), you will be able to cancel it.
Although we can not "cancel" an
order that has already executed, we can help you
"offset" the trade in the marketplace - however,
there may be a market loss as a result of an offset. If you
are unable to complete your transaction, please notify Customer Service
immediately to minimize any potential losses.
