How do I cancel my trade order?
To cancel an existing OrderMatch trade order (un-executed), go to My Account and then select the Open Trades section. As long as an order has not already executed ("matched"), you will be able to cancel it.

Although we can not "cancel" an order that has already executed, we can help you "offset" the trade in the marketplace - however, there may be a market loss as a result of an offset. If you are unable to complete your transaction, please notify Customer Service immediately to minimize any potential losses.

How do I cancel my Product Withdrawal or Funds Withdrawal order?
Please contact our Customer Service and we will gladly do our best to cancel the order as long as it is still pending.

How do I change my address and other account information?
Simply go to My Profile in the top right header once you log into your account.

I can not remember my Username or Password, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Service .
